So you have a scheduled in-lab study or are thinking of getting one? Here's everything you need to know about what to expect — from preparation to results.
Save or screenshot this before your visit.
When you arrive, our trained technicians will gently place sensors on your scalp, face, chest, and legs. The setup process takes about 30–45 minutes. All sensors are painless and designed for sleep comfort.
Throughout the night we record brain activity (EEG), eye movements, muscle activity, heart rate, breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and body position — giving your physician a comprehensive picture of your sleep health.
After your study, a board-certified sleep physician interprets the data and sends a detailed report to your ordering physician, typically within a few business days. Your doctor will then discuss findings and next steps with you.
Our private sleep rooms are designed to be as comfortable and home-like as possible. Pillows and blankets are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own. The rooms are private, quiet, and temperature-controlled.
We are Medicare approved and contracted with most major HMO and PPO insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card — our team will verify your benefits before your study and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs.
Our team is happy to answer any questions before your study. Call us at (909) 335-0335 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or email us at info@goodnitesleepsolution.com.
Two convenient Inland Empire locations — Redlands and Upland, CA. Our team will confirm your appointment within one business day.
